About This Role
- Define and execute the multi-year enterprise AI/ML infrastructure roadmap to support thousands of models with low-latency, high-scale production serving.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of advanced MLOps systems including automated hyperparameter tuning, model quantization, distributed serving, and next-gen foundation model infrastructure.
- Establish strategic governance, observability, self-healing, and security frameworks for scalable, compliant, global AI/ML operations across multiple engineering hubs.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in MLOps, Machine Learning Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering, with at least 3 years in senior/principal technical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining large-scale, highly available machine learning inference systems serving millions of daily predictions.
- Strong programming skills in multiple languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Java, C++) and extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, service mesh, and serverless ML pipelines.
