About This Role
- Oversee daily on-site operations, implementing and maintaining building procedures and performance measures for assigned property.
- Manage site financial operations including budget control, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
- Ensure health and safety standard adherence and promote teamwork through staff training, coaching, and motivation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing a property, preferably commercial.
- Experience managing commercial contracts and budgets.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements and property technical systems management.
- Location Requirement: On-site work in Hyderabad, Telangana.

- Experienced in vendor management, contract negotiation, and financial oversight within facility/property management.
