About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs driving process transformation and operational improvements across the firm.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in program and project management using structured practices to guide execution, identify improvements, and manage accountability for project performance.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, acting as key liaison within a complex global matrix environment while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting and financial services with proven complex project and program management using structured methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Experience in operating model and process transformation in complex financial services organizations, working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, and collaborating with Technology teams throughout delivery lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse project teams.
- Strong background in analytical and project management skills such as hypothesis generation, root cause analysis, process mapping, and business case development within Agile or structured delivery frameworks.
- Familiar with digitalization and emerging technologies (including AI) applied to transform business processes in financial services, with exceptional communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
