About This Role
- Contribute to establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, managing all phases from analysis to deployment.
- Provide expert analysis of complex application development problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend programming solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor, overseeing adherence to security measures, operating standards, and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience managing and implementing successful software development projects.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in applications development or related technology roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end application development lifecycle management with ability to independently handle complex issues and decisions.
- Proven track record in consulting/project management techniques and delivering projects under pressure.
- Capable of serving as SME or coach to others, with strong judgment in risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
