About This Role
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies and SAFe events to enable teams to deliver business outcomes efficiently and predictably.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and SAFe principles to improve delivery maturity and team effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile metrics monitoring, risk identification, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders and distributed teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
- 8 - 12 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with experience using Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in serving as Scrum Master within SAFe environments supporting complex, cross-geography enterprise teams.
- Skilled in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) events and collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders in digital or SaaS product contexts.
- Demonstrates strategic operational leadership in Agile delivery and continuous improvement leveraging Agile metrics and servant leadership practices.
