About This Role
- Initiate, plan, and execute multi-discipline projects ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, quality, and staffing constraints.
- Manage project lifecycle aspects including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to maximize business impact and alignment with organizational strategies.
- Maintain strong stakeholder partnerships, oversee risk management and reporting, and ensure compliance with Philips PM standards and methodologies (PMBok, SAFe).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management or Business Strategy related roles.
- PMP Certification mandatory.
- Full-time onsite presence required at company facilities (office-based role requires in-person 3+ days/week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior program manager with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
- Strong business acumen with ability to align projects to strategic objectives and maximize value over typical 1-year project durations.
- Comfortable operating within Philips standards and frameworks (PBS, PEPF), applying PMBok and SAFe methodologies consistently.
