About This Role
- Manage deployment, updating, and health monitoring of endpoint security agents across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments to ensure full enterprise coverage and compliance.
- Support enterprise-wide migrations and deployments of AV/EDR platforms, maintaining consistent security controls during transitions.
- Administer and refine endpoint security policies including prevention, detection, exclusions, device control, and firewall rules, while managing Tier 1/2 operational support tickets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related technical field OR 2-4 years equivalent hands-on experience in IT security or systems support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux OS internals and command-line tools.
- Basic proficiency in at least two scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP and DNS relevant to endpoint security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade cybersecurity platforms and endpoint security controls at scale.
- Familiarity with SIEM query languages like SPL, KQL, CQL, or YARA-L for endpoint telemetry analysis.
- Practical knowledge of using cybersecurity or IT management platform APIs for scripting and automation.
