About This Role
- Independently design and develop sophisticated, scalable digital learning experiences for Commvault's global customer-facing teams in Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Renewals, and Partners.
- Manage the full learning development lifecycle including needs analysis, multimedia production, deployment, and continuous improvement using modern learning technologies including AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with global enablement leaders, product teams, and subject-matter experts to translate complex technical and business concepts into actionable, learner-centered solutions aligned with go-to-market priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning development.
- Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 and relevant multimedia development tools.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools to instructional design and learning content development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; experience working with globally distributed teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently manage complex, global learning projects from concept to launch with high accountability.
- Strong instructional design expertise with a portfolio demonstrating interactive learning, scenario-based design, and multimedia development.
- Experience in technology-driven environments, ideally supporting global SaaS, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or sales enablement organizations.
