About This Role
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for fraud detection and prevention solutions in a FinTech environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, risk, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, real-time fraud detection products aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Define sprint goals, write user stories with acceptance criteria, prioritize features based on fraud risk, ROI, and customer impact, and manage cross-team dependencies and product performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business, IT, or related field).
- 10+ years overall professional experience with proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software/product development.
- Proven experience with fraud detection/prevention systems in FinTech or financial services and strong understanding of card, payment, or digital fraud.
- Experience working in agile or scaled agile environments with proficiency in backlog management, user story writing, and collaboration tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Experienced product professional with deep domain expertise in fraud detection/prevention and financial services regulatory compliance.
- Ability to translate complex business, risk, and regulatory requirements into actionable, prioritized backlog items and measurable product outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with technical teams (engineering, data science) and business stakeholders in fast-paced agile environments.
