About This Role
- Manage SAP projects including implementation, migration, and AMS support with accountability for timely delivery and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA project lifecycle phases: development, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support including rollout and production support across plants.
- Engage stakeholders including business users and senior leadership to translate business challenges into SAP solutions and provide structured progress updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in SAP Project Management covering implementation, migration, and AMS support.
- Minimum 10+ years of formal education.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA with specialization in at least one SAP module.
- Certification in SAP Activate Project Manager or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes with strict SLA/KPI adherence.
- Skilled in estimating technical effort and timelines for change requests and enhancements in SAP environments.
- Capable of providing proactive optimization recommendations for SAP integrations based on deep system and business understanding.
