About This Role
- Execute client projects involving OneStream implementations, optimizations, integrations, and technical support.
- Develop and customize OneStream solutions including platform configuration, report development, and application training.
- Collaborate with project leadership to gather requirements, perform testing, and ensure solution delivery aligned with design and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other EPM systems, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Good understanding of financial statements (PL, BS, CF, EBITDA) and corporate finance/accounting processes (financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in project teams focused on OneStream or EPM software implementations with end-to-end ownership from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Familiarity with consolidation and FP&A processes to effectively develop and customize OneStream environments.
- Comfortable supporting client operations including helpdesk support, performance monitoring, and end-user training in a consulting or client-facing environment.
