About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, robust, and secure next-generation platforms for marketing, ad delivery, and customer engagement across multiple countries.
- Drive technical decisions and create high-level and low-level designs in alignment with architectural guidelines, collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams.
- Engage with product management and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver impactful products supporting strategic business initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design and development of highly scalable applications and platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices and RESTful web services development in Java (SpringBoot, Dropwizard, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Microservices, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).
- Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, CIS, SE, or related field with minimum 4 years experience OR 6 years experience in software engineering without degree; Master's degree preferred.

- Experienced in delivering cloud-based projects with end-to-end ownership and able to prototype technical solutions independently.
- Capable of working in a global engineering environment, collaborating across geographies and disciplines.
- Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to solve complex business problems at scale.
