About This Role
- Lead cross-functional Value Team to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets for customized Solar Turbines customer projects.
- Drive and monitor project execution using Agile principles, including planning, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate activities and communication across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Product Groups to ensure successful project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
- Minimum 8 years of engineering, project execution, or product delivery experience.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Industrial Equipment industries with strong technical expertise in industrial gas turbine packages and auxiliary systems.
- Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Lean, or hybrid project management methodologies to enhance team responsiveness and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in a matrix environment, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
