About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and development of enterprise-scale digital applications and cloud-native solutions including APIs and microservices.
- Drive adoption and integration of AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted engineering tools within digital platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, contributing to modernization of legacy systems and engineering excellence across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, Angular, JavaScript, microservices, API development, and databases like MongoDB, DB2, Oracle.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling customer-facing digital products, preferably in Digital Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong background in software architecture and scalable solution design with a focus on customer acquisition, onboarding, compliance (AML), and self-service channels.
- Hands-on technology leader capable of leading engineering teams and driving AI-led innovation in enterprise environments.
