About This Role
- Configure, develop, and support NetSuite Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Optimize O2C modules such as SuiteBilling, Dunning, and Advanced Revenue Management for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and lead user acceptance testing and change management for NetSuite enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or business systems analyst experience.
- Expertise with NetSuite O2C modules: Advanced Revenue, Billing, SuiteBilling, and Dunning.
- Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, and suite analytics/reporting.
- Experience managing or contributing to system integrations (preferably Celigo or Boomi).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical business systems professional with strong analytical and process improvement skills focused on NetSuite O2C.
- Experience working with system integrations and automation in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
