About This Role
- Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution using SAP TMS Planning, including booking, vendor allocation, scheduling, and order closure.
- Monitor transport execution, proactively manage exceptions, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery and compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy and validate costs in SAP TMS to support billing and profitability; contribute to operational process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or shipping industry for external hires.
- Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management System and ability to handle dispatch workflows and data issues.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and comply with five-day in-office work schedule.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in landside logistics shipment execution with demonstrated operational ownership using SAP TMS.
- Able to manage complex coordination among vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders with focus on compliance and performance.
