About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce Service Agent solutions focused on automating and enhancing customer service workflows.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations; troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations with emphasis on scalable architecture and best practices.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical designs and support Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of Salesforce development experience with at least 1 year hands-on Agentforce Service Agent production experience.
- Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow development, Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP), and experience with version control and CI/CD tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Service Cloud with deep knowledge of Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, Entitlements/SLAs, and Data Cloud features like Data 360.
- Comfortable working directly with client/business stakeholders to refine requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrates ownership and problem-solving skills with prior exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and mentoring junior developers.
