About This Role
- Manage month-end close activities, financial reporting, book closure, and support internal/external audits ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly management reports and global reporting packs for leadership reviews.
- Perform cash flow planning, monitor and optimize Net Working Capital, conduct product profitability analysis, and provide financial insights to improve margins and business performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Qualification required: CA, CA Inter, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience in month-end activities, book closure, audit support, cash flow management, FP&A, and global reporting.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, Management Business Review (MBR) preparations, product profitability analysis and Net Working Capital management.

- Experienced finance professional with a strong background in month-end close and FP&A specifically related to plant controlling or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in preparing consolidated global reports and Management Business Review presentations for leadership.
- Skilled in performing detailed product profitability analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and support strategic decisions.
