About This Role
- Manage end-to-end credit control activities including timely collections and minimizing bad debts.
- Analyse overdue ageing and bad debt reports to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support Cash Application team with payment queries and provide data for audit requests.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years of credit control or collections experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 5–10 years in Credit Control / Collections.
