About This Role
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders across functions and regions to understand objectives and facilitate requirements gathering.
- Manage Salesforce projects including coordination across business, technical teams, and vendors; handle backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning.
- Perform light-to-moderate Salesforce administration and configuration; recommend standard Salesforce solutions and best practices based on platform capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience in Salesforce Solutions/Project Management and Business Analysis, preferably in a global organization.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement, Reports & Dashboards, Security & Sharing, and Integration.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and demonstrated ability to manage and influence business stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams in a global organizational context.
- Well-versed in Salesforce platform capabilities with capacity to advise on standard solutions and best practices.
- Preferably has experience with Agent force, Einstein AI, and CRM Analytics to further stand out.
