About This Role
- Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, Cisco Cloud Email Security, and other SaaS services.
- Manage enterprise email infrastructure focusing on mail flow, security policies, phishing investigations, email authentication, and service restoration meeting SLAs.
- Develop and maintain automation, integrations, operational reporting, and technical documentation while collaborating with global teams and vendors on platform enhancements and support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms in large-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and enterprise email security (e.g., Cisco Cloud Email Security).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, Exchange Online PowerShell, Google Apps Script, REST APIs, or similar automation/admin tools.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years supporting large global enterprise platforms (20,000+ users).

- Skilled in automation, API integrations, email security best practices, and handling complex troubleshooting of enterprise mail flow and phishing incidents.
- Comfortable operating in a global follow-the-sun support model with strong collaboration across security, identity, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
