About This Role
- Lead end-to-end management and timely completion of RFP/RFI responses coordinating with Sales, Business, and Support teams.
- Manage bid process activities including Go/No-Go decisions, stakeholder communications, bid portal submissions, and proposal final review and submission.
- Maintain project tracking tools, compile bid metrics and reports, and ensure compliance and quality in proposal documentation and branding.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm, preferably in Bid Management/Support.
- Post-Graduate degree required.
- Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana or Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint, and strong project management skills.
