About This Role
- Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems.
- Manage PPM schedules, asset registers, maintenance records, utility consumption, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Coordinate with technical supervisors and AMC vendors to ensure timely closure of complaints, service requests, and maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building operations or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety systems, STP/WTP, and BMS.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and maintenance reporting.
- Location: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana.

- Experienced in end-to-end facility management with a focus on technical maintenance and operational compliance.
- Detail-oriented with ability to track maintenance schedules, consumables, and coordinate vendor operations.
