About This Role
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
- Conduct feasibility studies, system analysis, programming, and manage all phases of development including design, testing, implementation, and user support.
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor, providing advanced programming solutions and coaching lower-level analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and application programming.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing and implementing successful software development projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines; knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.

- Strong expertise in application systems analysis and development with practical project management experience.
- Ability to operate independently with autonomy and exercise sound judgment on risk and compliance.
- Experience advising stakeholders and coaching junior team members in technology environments.
