About This Role
- Lead design and deployment of AI-native workflows bridging AI platform capabilities with financial business units like Banking, Wealth, Buy-Side, and Research.
- Serve as technical lead for pilots, proofs of concept, and engagements translating legacy financial applications to AI-driven solutions.
- Develop reusable AI patterns and build agentic workflows that are deterministic and auditable for institutional clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years software development experience including solution architecture, security, and production deployment.
- At least 5+ years building applications in financial markets domains such as Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Buy-Side, or Institutional Portfolio Management.
- Minimum 1+ year experience building AI-based applications with skills in Web Development or Python APIs, prompt engineering, LLMs, agent architectures, and workflow orchestration.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years software development; 5+ years financial applications; 1+ year AI application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at intersecting product, engineering, consulting, and financial workflows with deep capital markets domain knowledge.
- Able to design complex AI agent workflows and modular API-based architectures for strategic business pilots.
- Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous, zero-to-one product solutions to rapidly prototype and scale AI systems in finance.
