About This Role
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant core infrastructure systems for a multi-cloud AI platform serving global legal customers.
- Own and evolve multi-cloud (Azure, GCP) infrastructure with Kubernetes orchestration, networking, container management, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Lead technical initiatives in observability, incident response, operational excellence, and mentor engineers to ensure platform reliability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Core Backend Infrastructure or Backend Platform Engineering in production environments.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; GCP or AWS also relevant) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, networking, cloud security, observability tools, and incident response practices.
- Must be authorized to work in India; no visa sponsorship available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and scaling complex distributed backend systems supporting large-scale, high-throughput AI workloads or inference pipelines.
- Skilled in multi-cloud infrastructure operations and cross-functional leadership to deliver reliable, compliant, and secure enterprise-grade software platforms.
- Proficient programmer in Python, Go, or similar languages with a problem-solving mindset focused on operational excellence.
