About This Role
- Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools to enhance software engineering productivity and quality.
- Lead adoption of AI-powered software engineering practices including code generation, testing, documentation, and CI/CD within Fidelity's Asset Management Platforms technology.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with architecture, security, governance, and Responsible AI principles while delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure software assets.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with proven delivery of complex enterprise and production Generative AI or LLM-powered applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern frontend frameworks (TypeScript with Angular or React); experience with API development using FastAPI, Node.js or NestJS.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies including RAG (embeddings, vector search), AI agents, prompt engineering, and use of AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Agile software development, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, cloud platform integration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and secure software development governance.

- Highly skilled full-stack AI engineer with deep experience integrating AI/LLMs into enterprise-grade software products in financial services or asset management contexts.
- Technically confident in architectural decisions and able to mentor teams on AI-assisted software development and modern engineering best practices.
- Experienced in balancing cutting-edge AI innovation with regulatory, security, and governance constraints in complex investment technology environments.
