About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-ready integration services for the CRD trading system using Java 21, Spring Boot, Camel, REST APIs, and Angular.
- Own and standardize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes-native deployments, and automate build, test, and promotion workflows.
- Mentor developers, manage sprint-level technical planning, ensure production-grade observability and collaborate with cross-functional teams during CRD SaaS migration.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in enterprise integration services.
- Hands-on experience with Charles River (CRD) or similar OMS platforms and understanding of trading workflows and order lifecycle.
- Strong skills in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Kustomize, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, BDD, etc).
- Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, message-oriented integrations, and the Investment Management domain.

- Experienced engineer with deep integration architecture skills in trading-related platforms and SaaS migration exposure.
- Technical leader proficient in cloud-native deployment, CI/CD automation, and tooling modernization including AI-assisted development workflows.
- Collaborative planner who manages technical delivery with focus on observability, quality automation, and alignment to business and platform capabilities.
