About This Role
- Serve as key business consultant to merchants and senior leaders, resolving promotional offer issues and ensuring best guest experience.
- Proactively identify and mitigate promo issues early, supporting Price & Promo Strategy team and enterprise-wide promo execution.
- Communicate weekly promo execution KPIs, report critical issue resolutions, and advise on prevention methods for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in operations or support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years in operations or support team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational support with strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills for promo or merchandising contexts.
- Effective communicator comfortable collaborating across merchandising, marketing, store operations, and finance stakeholders.
- Able to manage execution details while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships to drive promo success.
