About This Role
- Own delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Transportation, Procurement, and Logistics IT solutions enabling critical supply chain operations.
- Manage solution lifecycle phases: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation, production support, and continuous improvement with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, AI capabilities, process optimization, and data-driven decision making to enhance business outcomes, system reliability, and user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of IT experience in application development, support, services and product delivery.
- Degree required: BE / BTech / MCA.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Supply Chain and Transportation Logistics technologies including platforms like Blue Yonder (JDA) Transportation Management, E2open, Infor Nexus (GT Nexus).
- This role requires working onsite 5 days a week; visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Functional Analyst with end-to-end lifecycle ownership in Transportation/Logistics technology solutions operating in Agile or Waterfall environments.
- Skilled in managing IT Service Management processes (ServiceNow ITSM), incident/problem resolution, cybersecurity vulnerability management, and production support.
- Comfortable supporting global operations including multiple time zones, weekend and emergency release deployments; capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
