About This Role
- Lead requirement elicitation and translate complex business needs into functional specifications for ERPNext, SAP, and Oracle modules.
- Design and optimize business process workflows through detailed process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), support deployment and post-implementation phases, and deliver training to ensure successful system adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software environments with ERPNext, SAP, and Oracle expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Location: Bengaluru.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in relevant domain.

- Experienced in cross-functional project management including scope, schedule, and resource coordination within enterprise software settings.
- Strong capability in translating complex business requirements into actionable system configurations and functional documentation.
- Skilled in using Agile and Waterfall methodologies along with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint to collaborate effectively across teams.
