Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale software products on schedule and within scope.
- Location: India; Salary range 50L-100L INR per annum.

- Experienced in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary Agile teams including cross-geography collaboration.
- Strong technical communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders and lead engineering strategy.
