About This Role
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy Guidewire InsuranceNow solutions aligned with engineering standards in an agile environment.
- Enhance platform functionality and support integrations using APIs, messaging, batch processes across Guidewire and adjacent platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, drive resolutions, and manage medium- to large-sized project priorities and deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, MIS, or related field; technology certificates may substitute.
- Six or more years of technology experience.
- Three or more years of experience working with Guidewire applications (configuration, integration) preferred.
- Work primarily aligned to India business hours with hybrid work and periodic in-office collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience delivering scalable Guidewire solutions in an agile, global team environment with strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to apply secure software engineering and DevSecOps practices to protect applications and data.
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams including product, QA, and architecture to clarify requirements and deliver technical solutions.
