About This Role
- Manage tactical sourcing activities for logistics including pricing, rate validation, and contract management using systems like Oracle Transportation Management, SAP, and Zycus.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies between suppliers and systems affecting end-to-end processes, supporting procurement and supply chain functions.
- Maintain and update vendor contracts, upload accurate data, and provide sourcing support aligned with logistics requirements, ensuring process compliance and operational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience with understanding of end-to-end purchasing process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP (or similar ERP), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and Zycus preferred.
- Ability to work flexible schedules aligned with international time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in tactical sourcing and procurement processes for logistics or supply chain operations within manufacturing or chemical industries.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to handle complex data tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel (macros, pivots, power queries).
- Comfortable using and integrating multiple enterprise systems for data management, issue resolution, and process optimization.
