About This Role
- Design and implement high-quality protocol functions for 4G/5G (3GPP), eCall, and GNSS.
- Ensure software quality through coding, unit and functional testing, and successful integration testing of protocol features.
- Support certification processes and troubleshoot critical modem and protocol issues using debugging tools and customer support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in C programming and deep understanding of LTE, 5G, GNSS protocols (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Location requirement: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with Qualcomm platforms and modem protocol development environments.
- Able to independently drive task completion and take ownership of projects in a fast-paced technical setting.
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting using tools like GDB, KDB, QXDM, QPST, with strong communication skills for customer-facing technical support.
