About This Role
- Lead engineering of autonomous agents for database reliability focusing on SQL/NoSQL optimization, deadlock resolution, and disk space management.
- Design and maintain autonomous data analytics and streaming agents to manage Kafka/MQTT routing and resolve ELK logging pipeline issues.
- Establish AI safety protocols including evaluation safety gates, anti-hallucination guardrails, human-in-the-loop escalation, and comprehensive red-teaming of autonomous agent modules.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years total professional experience with at least 6 years relevant experience in specified domains.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, database reliability engineering, and streaming data technologies including Kafka, MQTT, RabbitMQ, and ELK stack.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Bash or Go, with experience in automation, testing, and API.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field, based in Bangalore.
