About This Role
- Own a module end-to-end including design, coding, testing, bug fixing, documentation, and technical support with on-time delivery adherence.
- Provide guidance, conduct reviews, identify risks, and ensure quality of deliverables within the team.
- Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and estimate work considering risk mitigation; mentor junior members and possibly manage people as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate or MCA degree required.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Android application framework development and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in Android development tools such as Android Studio, Eclipse, Git, Gerrit, adb, Android emulator, DDMS.
- Technical expertise in Android domains like Multimedia, Telephony, Connectivity, Sensor, or Security, and proficiency in Java and Java Native Interface.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Android application framework with strong technical skills in one or more domains: Telephony, Multimedia, Connectivity, Security, or Sensor.
- Capable of independently identifying problems, root cause analysis, and delivering solutions with minimal supervision.
- Able to lead technical initiatives, conduct trainings, and mentor junior team members effectively.
