About This Role
- Lead technical leadership and final escalation point for Enterprise, Data Center, and Security network infrastructure across global environments.
- Own Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management for critical incidents, driving resolution, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Review, approve, and lead complex network changes and projects involving MPLS, BGP, OSPF, ACI, SD-WAN, various firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking; drive network architecture improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of working experience in Networking.
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge mandatory.
- Experience with network security and WAN technologies required.
- Working knowledge of ITIL required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex network environments including Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI), Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, and NSX technologies.
- Demonstrates ability to lead OEM/vendor technical discussions and mentor L1–L3 engineers.
- Skilled in driving operational governance, capacity planning, network performance optimization, and network automation initiatives (such as Ansible).
