About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects/programs in Treasury, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, and Trade Finance domains.
- Manage project scope, planning, budgets, resources, risks (RAID), vendor contracts, and executive stakeholder communications for successful delivery.
- Drive Treasury and banking transformation initiatives including integration of core banking, payment networks, risk, finance, and regulatory systems, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with at least 5 years in banking or financial services technology project/program delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Treasury products and processes including FX, money markets, liquidity, cash management, settlements, and accounting interfaces.
- Experience managing complex integration projects and delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe) preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

- Experienced leader with extensive background delivering complex, regulated banking technology projects across Treasury and related domains.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and senior stakeholder communications in large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
- Strong familiarity with banking platforms (e.g. Murex, Calypso, Temenos), project management tools (Jira, MS Project), and exposure to AI or automation initiatives in banking.
