About This Role
- Lead solutioning, design, and development of complex integration engineering solutions at scale in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments.
- Serve as a key technical leader and liaison within the broader engineering community to deliver high-performance API and microservices-based architectures.
- Build, inspire, and lead high-performing engineering teams while ensuring operational excellence and a strong customer focus.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, and engineering excellence at scale.
- Proven expertise in large-scale integration solutions, API design, microservices, and hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized workloads.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas and translate business objectives into technical strategies.
