About This Role
- Lead and manage large-scale operational excellence and transformation initiatives across KPMG Global Services in collaboration with business units and global leadership.
- Assess current operating models across people, process, and technology; design and implement target operating models with service lines.
- Drive continuous improvement culture, execute OpEx projects measuring tangible outcomes, and develop internal lean and quality improvement capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years total work experience with at least 5 years leading transformation projects in large global organizations or consulting.
- Graduate or engineering degree from Tier 1 colleges; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt required.
- Proven experience with Lean projects, Operational Excellence tools, quality improvement techniques, and strong project management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational excellence transformations, preferably with prior roles at Big 4 or top consulting firms.
- Ability to navigate and lead in global, matrixed organizational environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success driving complex process and technology-enabled improvements.
