About This Role
- Own defining and evolving product strategy and roadmap for compliance-related products within Motive's Fleet Management portfolio.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build compliance solutions that reduce operational risk and meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Drive product execution from concept to launch, managing tradeoffs, timelines, and continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products.
- Experience with compliance or regulated products is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in Product Management
