About This Role
- Manage the full lifecycle of Purchase Orders for direct materials and subcontract services, from requisition to delivery, including returns and invoice resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the ERP system (SAP preferred) and drive purchase transaction automation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize lead times, supplier delivery performance, and compliance with global contracts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing department.
- Understanding of MRP driven procurement processes; SAP knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Proficient with Microsoft programs and Power BI for data extraction and analysis.
