About This Role
- Lead global advanced supply chain and network modeling projects including network design, footprint strategy, capacity planning, and cost-to-serve optimization.
- Develop and deploy quantitative models (optimization, simulation) to support long-term supply chain strategy and scenario-based decision making.
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership and coach junior team members while setting analytical standards and driving best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in supply chain modeling, analytics, consulting, or strategy roles.
- Mandatory strong hands-on experience with Supply Chain Guru for network design and strategic modeling.
- Expertise in optimization and/or simulation modeling; proficiency in Python, SQL, R, AnyLogic, Gurobi, or CPLEX.
- Experience working in matrixed, multi-regional environments; solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain economics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-regional and ambiguous supply chain strategy initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with strong structured problem solving and executive communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in global analytics centers of excellence or top-tier management strategy consulting preferred.
