About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end lifecycle of IT/data products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage roadmaps, backlogs, risks, dependencies, releases and stakeholder expectations to ensure delivery of high-value IT solutions.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead cross-functional delivery teams aligning business objectives with technical execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (field not specified).
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Project Management experience with strong Scrum and Agile practice expertise.
- Mandatory hands-on experience leading complex programs with Agile and Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

- Experienced Scrum Master skilled in facilitating Sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement in agile delivery.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including business, technology, architecture, QA, and operations in enterprise settings.
