About This Role
- Take ownership of embedding the high-performance DataLayer library into Bloomberg runtimes, ensuring seamless integration with terminal and backend services.
- Collaborate closely with internal DataLayer and infrastructure teams to optimize runtime efficiency and performance.
- Work responsibly on production systems, making safe changes without user impact in complex large-scale distributed environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of total software developer experience in C++.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, algorithms.
- Experience designing, developing, and managing large-scale service-oriented systems.

- Experienced in working with complex infrastructure systems and performance optimizations for continuous use environments.
- Comfortable with multi-threaded and asynchronous programming techniques.
