About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and build-out of the One Touch Order Management platform including its microservices layer.
- Manage multi-year technology roadmap ensuring alignment with budget constraints and business value.
- Collaborate closely with global technology, production support, and other technology teams to ensure delivery, operation, and compliance of the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Core Java, Multi-threading, Concurrency, and low latency architecture.
- Good exposure to Unix and Oracle database technologies.
- Experience with AI productivity tools adoption and modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years; Role location: Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong engineering background with command of modern architectures and frameworks including middleware, server, and databases.
- Solid understanding of Equities products and services indicating domain expertise relevant to the role.
- Experienced in managing large-scale platform development projects with cross-functional and global teams.
