About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of the One Touch Order Management platform, focusing on building its microservices layer and replacing legacy/vendor trading systems.
- Lead execution of a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with budget constraints and business value proposition for a competitive OMS offering.
- Collaborate closely with global technology teams, production support, regulatory, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, operation, and adherence to architecture and technology standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with strong program skills in Core Java, Multi-threading, Concurrency, and low latency architecture.
- Experience working with Unix and Oracle technologies.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years relevant experience. Location: Pune-based role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technologist with strong engineering background skilled in modern architectures and frameworks including middleware and databases.
- Experienced in equities products and services domain, able to align technology strategy with business growth objectives.
- Capable of leading large-scale platform delivery programs involving multi-year roadmaps and multi-team coordination globally.
