About This Role
- Build and deliver full-stack features across Agency Module, Agency Onboarding, and Platform Billing systems, focusing on scalable backend services and performant frontend experiences.
- Own features end-to-end from requirement analysis, technical planning, implementation, testing, deployment, through production support and troubleshooting.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to write, refactor, and test code efficiently while maintaining security, reliability, and production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in software engineering building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications.
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript for backend development; experience with NestJS preferred.
- Strong frontend skills with Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular including component-based development and state management.
- Experience with MongoDB or similar databases, REST APIs, microservices, asynchronous/event-driven patterns (e.g., GCP Pub/Sub, Kafka), and debugging production systems.

- Experienced full-stack developer comfortable working independently owning complex features across frontend and backend systems in an agency-focused SaaS environment.
- Familiar with AI-assisted development tools integrated into daily engineering workflows to improve productivity and code quality.
- Strong problem solver with demonstrated ownership and collaboration skills capable of managing the entire software lifecycle from requirement understanding to production support.
