About This Role
- Own and ensure timely, quality deliverables of the Agile POD aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and navigate impediments, manage risk, and facilitate continuous progress towards sprint goals and group OKRs.
- Lead and foster a collaborative, high-performing, and adaptive Agile team environment with effective communication and conflict resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master mandatory.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Agile ways of working mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience required.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and MBA or Master of Engineering required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Agile leader confident in removing impediments and driving team performance in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products like Dynamics and data transformation preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and risk mitigation with strong problem-solving skills.
